There is a restaurant, off Middle St in Brighton (going into the 'Lanes' - 5 Union Street) called 'Casa Don Carlos'. It should still be there and owned by 2 slightly mad Spaniards. I have a total obsession and even after 6 years, cannot get it out of my head. If you fancy a meal out - try the Mojo or Chilli Potatoes, the Chickpeas and the Omelette. 'Dig in The Ribs' in Preston Street is (?) a good Mexican, especially the Tequilla!! Hi Gra
