Big thunderstorms this morning. A river is running through the campsite right where we wanted put the tent. Some poor folk got a river through their tent. Oh glasto! Here comes the mud.
Luckily we are dry and warm and off exploring the kidz field.

My only consolation is that you are probably still swimming in mud. When we lived in the UK and Nick and I worked in the music biz I managed to make it to all the major outdoor festivals but not Glastonbury. Most of them I worked on and Nick and I actually met at a Stranglers Concert in Battersea Park. My favourite was the Picnic at Blackbushe with Bob Dylan, Eric Clapton etc I did production for this concert and we consulted the British weather records. On the day we chose it hadn’t rained in 100 years but you guessed it, it poured towards the end and spoiled the fireworks. It was supposed to say Forever Young in fire over the stage but it fizzled.
