After 36 hours of ongoing travel, the powerbook batteries are exhausted and the last couple of trains have no power pockets that work.

Out come the Moleskine notebooks. I fill them up with notes and story fragments but not blog entries, which is why i am patiently typing this entry using t9 on my mobile.

Only a couple of hours to go.Good.

    Ah, you got one of the reporter-style ones. Is it any good? I read somewhere that it doesn’t fold properly at the top, which would be a nuisance.

  3. No, a notebook is not a notebook. Well it is, but it’s not just any notebook. They’re really nicely designed and crafted, and great to write in.

    I think Sydney is messing with your head.
