		<description>The whole thing is kind of whimsical and a culture jam.  The idea is that people just materialize out of the crowd and do something interesting or funny or political, then dissapear back into the crowd again.  Perhaps this is a form of collective conceptual art.  It leaves the audience with someething weird to comment on to their friends, or leaves them thinking about something.

All of which doesn&#039;t really help explain it.  I still want to go on one, to see who shows up and to do something silly in public :-)</description>
