		<description>The problem with forecasts is that they often overlook important things. A case in point - the survey of oil reserves link doesn&#039;t mention, even in passing, the oil sands of Alberta Canada. There is as much oil in the oil sands as was in the Whole middle east before we started digging but they completely ignore it because it isn&#039;t *economic*. Well, it sure will be when the free running stuff out of the ground runs out.</description>
