The Australian Copyright Amendment (Digital Agenda) Act 2000 is up for review after 3 years of operation. These ‘Digital Agenda’ amendments were supposed to bring copyright into the age of the internet.

He covers such issues in the act as fair usage rights for consumers of copyrighted things, technical protection measures like DVD region coding, and the ability of a contract to override the rights of a consumer of some copyrighted things.
